Herbed Rice
1 cup of raw rice
¼ cup of chopped parsley
¼ cup of chopped chives
1 tablespoon of butter
1 chicken bouillon cube dissolved in 2 cups of water
Bring chicken bouillon and water to a boil in a medium saucepan with
a tight fitting lid. Add rice, lower heat, cover and cook 20 to 25 minutes
or till liquid is absorbed. Let rest 5 minutes then stir in the butter,
parsley and chives.
Serves 4 people.
